These Terms govern use of Ethnobot on ethnobot.cc and ethnobot.ai, including the free Discover experience and assistant MCP tools offered without login.

Ethnobot is operated by The Helix Lab Pty Ltd (ABN 16 604 622 728), an Australian company based in Adelaide, South Australia. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “Ethnobot” mean The Helix Lab Pty Ltd.

Discover Your AI Profile is offered free of charge for individual use. No Ethnobot account or login is required for the ordinary Discover path or for the public assistant MCP tools that conduct Discover and submit a free team-study request.
Free team AI adoption studies (up to 15 people) are requested through Ethnobot, remain pending Helix Lab review, and are not activated by an assistant. One free team study per company applies as described in product materials.

Ethnobot provides qualitative research tooling and AI-assisted interviews. Outputs are research artefacts, not legal, medical, financial, employment, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for how you interpret and act on any results.
Ethnobot, its name, design, prompts, instruments, software, and documentation remain the property of The Helix Lab Pty Ltd or its licensors. You retain rights in content you lawfully submit, and grant us a licence to process that content solely to operate the requested Ethnobot features, subject to our Privacy Policy.
To the fullest extent permitted by Australian law (including non-excludable consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law), Ethnobot and related free services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability arising from free Discover use or a free team-study request is limited to AUD $100 or the amount you paid us for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim (if any), whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia. Courts of South Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without limiting any non-excludable rights you may have.
